Role Summary/Purpose
Drive best-in-class supplier service through effective relationship management, process management, metrics, operational excellence, contract compliance and controllership

Essential Responsibilities
Build up Supplier • The Supplier Managers need to work together with operation team to create requests or proposal for process and operation, performance matrix and Partner with Sourcing function, throughout the negotiation process to ensure the needs of the operation are met. • With Sourcing completing Master Services Agreements with the supplier to ensure that GE terms and conditions requirements are satisfied. Supplier Managers need to assist in the creation of specific engagement documentation including Statements of Work and Task Orders specific to the particular engagement. Drive the standard of Statements of Work cross the process and operation • Strategically partner with sourcing function to benchmark the vendors, drive the balance on simplifying or diversifying the service providers to meet the cost and quality target from GE Manage on Service Quality with partnership with operation • Communicate guidelines, performance standards and operating rhythm with suppliers. Include key customers and stakeholders as needed • Understand and monitor current/contractual performance metrics using statements of work, task orders and scorecards • Serve as point person to the GE business teams regarding supplier process, escalations and coordination. • Manage on the new on board process, orientation to the resources from the suppliers, Financial Value and Cost Productivity • Understand payment terms, discounts, performance guarantees, risk and reward contained in the contract • Ensure supplier invoices are timely and accurate and that the supplier is paid correctly based on the contract terms Compliance • Ensure supplier compliance with the contract; know how to recognize and avoid non- compliance • Ensure the working environment, system/data privacy and labor related fully meet the requirement from GE Issues/Problems/Communication • Establish regular communication rhythm using a standard agenda with supplier • Understand the interfaces between suppliers • Ensure escalation process is in place and communicated to the supplier

Qualifications/Requirements
• With 10+ years finance functional working experience, bachelor degree in Finance is required• Strong process and technology orientation• Experience using metrics to track progress• Demonstrated success in program management; ability to manage multiple priorities; understand project management and project plans• Solid interpersonal, communication and team working skills; experience working with customer and/or stakeholders• Demonstrated facilitation skills in a customer service environment• Understands Six Sigma/Lean tools
