工作职责：

Conduct operator’s level pre-on-the-job skills training and line orientations in manufacturing process control operations and acceptance criteria.

Conduct on-the-job training for all level of operators. Execute certification / re-certification exercises and issue certification cards.

Maintain and update all training records in line with ISO 9001 requirement.

Work closely with each section of manufacturing and HR Dept to conduct training programs that will certify the direct labors in special skills to qualify them in their assigned process operations.

Work out reports pertaining to training.

汇总和报告有关培训执行和考核情况。

Follow up the training issues at new product instruction stage.

新产品生产前培训和培训问题跟踪。

Assist the training specialist from different Dept in the day to day administration / maintenance of the training section and training facilities respectively.

协助来自不同部门培训师培训课程和培训设备的日常管理和维护。

Training schedule set up and follow up.

培训计划的建立和跟踪。

Be cooperative with EHS training and activities.

配合EHS的培训和活动。

任职要求：

Process hands-on skills (theory and practical) in soldering technique, PTH, PCB assembly and have sound knowledge in Surface Mount Technology’s process operations.

Basic English reading and writing ability.
