Role Summary/Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated ISS Operations Lead who will be part of the Asia Pacific Operations Team that manages the operations and sustainability of the regional data and voice networks. Responsibilities include management of day-to-day operations, management of performance metrics and implementation of strategic initiatives that contribute to the delivery of defined goals and objectives. He/She will also lead Asia Pacific Transition to Operations processes and activities.

Essential Responsibilities

- Oversee of operations in the Incident, Problem and Change Management processes for the Greater China region
- Responsible for Transition to Operations Processes and activities for the Asia Pacific Region
- Accountable to drive to resolution of high priority incidents ensuring proper resource allocation; communication to business leadership and ISS leadership; and incident analysis to drive continuous improvements
- Drive operation reviews with Key businesses in the Greater China region together with the Asia Pacific Operations Team
- Analyze key metrics associated with organizational goals and objectives; implement plans/projects to deliver achievement of goals and objectives
- Participate in internal operations reviews of key metrics and initiatives – identifying key levers to continue to drive improvements in network availability, security and scalability
- Leads reviews of service delivery metrics and drives service improvement plans with vendor partner
- Drive operation reviews with Key customers in the Greater China region together with the Asia Pacific Operations Team
- To be on Network and Tactical On Call Rotations and escalated for high priority incidents

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related technology
- Demonstrated experience with networking technologies (e.g. LAN/WAN, VPN)
- Technology certifications (e.g. CCNA, MCSE, CISSP)
- Demonstrated skills in oral, written and interpersonal communication, and promote open communication among teams
- Strong ITIL management process knowledge and experience and/or certification
- Strong analytical skills – ability to analyze data to identify chronic issues and develop goals to resolve
- Ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of IT professionals located in multiple sites, including proven effectiveness working with global teams
- Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
- Experience working with global teams across time zones, cultures, and languages
- Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships; creates processes with customer viewpoint; partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives
