Role Summary/Purpose
Responsible for engineering development and sustaining of existing products and components. Ensures development projects delivered on time and on budget. Follow engineering processes and procedures and ensures the required documentations are in place.

Essential Responsibilities
• Mechanical design and optimization （Drawing/BOM/SPEC）,test and validation following the project NPI process
• ECN release and publish
• ORACLE system Engineering data creation and maintain
• Quality issue support for root cause analysis and deal with
• Technical support for operation and aftersales Dept.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree on Mechanical engineering or related engineering disciplines.
• At least 5 years work experience in a product design and development team.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a multi-national organization
• Good at sheet metal/plastic parts design and manufacture
• Dispenser design background is plus
• Hydraulic background is plus
• Good command of English in both verbal and written communications with the strong team work.
• Ability to work independently, mature and resourceful with mature/dynamic/honest
