Role Summary/Purpose
The Master Scheduler will provide planning functional expertise, perform master production scheduling, material planning and advanced resource planning. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Creating, maintaining, monitoring and reporting of manufacturing plans and schedules. Identify, communicate and manage capacity and resource issues on a daily basis, prioritize schedules in response to customer requirements on a daily basis.

Essential Responsibilities
Work with the Manufacturing supervisor and Team Leaders to provide accurate work center capacity and availability.
Based on customer demand and internal MFG capacity to adjust material planning and production scheduling.
Manage and control inventory level and On time delivery. develop and implement process improvements;
interface with all other functions, Work with Manufacturing cells, schedulers and team leaders to make adjustments to the Master Schedule and network plan when projects drastically vary from their originally estimated capacity requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

bachelor degree, 8 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. ERP systems, Materials Planner, Production scheduling Roles.
• Requires outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with all employees and managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Functional knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Continuous Improvement/Lean experience. (Six Sigma desirable)
• Requires outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with all employees and managers
• Self Directed, self disciplined and highly organize.
