Job description
1. Work as a vendor and employee AP accountant, responsible for vendor and employee payables
2. Performance invoice verification in SAP system
3. Performance Payroll AP by running payroll interface in SAP system
4. Prepare payment proposal to vendor and employees
5. Performance periodic account reconciliation with external vendors
6. Performance the monthly closing work such as accrual, bank reconciliation and foreign currency revaluation.
7. Work with Sourcing department to solve issues from vendors
8. Perform other tasks from managers


Candidate profile
1. Major in finance or accounting, with 1 to 3 years of working experience in foreign companies
2. Good command of English
3. Working experience on SAP system is preferred
4. Being self motivated, team player
