职位描述

Job Purpose:
1. Take leadership and ownership of the shift team; be fully responsible for shift operation in part of plant when on duty. He/she should execute production plan/schedule; effectively convert the raw material into the finished goods while maintaining process specification and quality standard in a safe and sanitary environment. He/She will receive suggestion, help and coach from production managers and plant manager.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Engagement: Improve associates moral and build highly engaged high performance team.
2. OGSM: Fulfill OGSM & OP commitment. Develop team and direct reports to higher level in technical and managerial.
3. Safety: To ensure safety of all the associates and contractors working in the plant, safety of our products, property and all activities in the plant when on duty.
4. Food Safety, Hygiene, GMP: To ensure factory hygiene and adherence to GMP in the plant and continuously seek to improve in this area through good communication, training of associates and good management.
5. Manufacturing Targets: To deliver planned factory output, TRS and PSL by effectively organizing the shift resources and activities and/or support troubleshooting activities.
6. CI, learning & flexible team: To continuously improve the yield of first-pass quality, saleable product and actively seek ways to reduce and eliminate consumer complaints resulting from factory activities
7. PM & Reliability: To manage PM activities to schedule and ensure the shift team is properly trained to maintain the efficiency and reliability of factory operations.
8. Lean: Eliminate 7 wastes in operation, reduce manufacturing conversion cost, and continuously drive for lean operation.

? Good coaching & people management skills
? Effective communication & influence skills
? Proficient English in writing & speaking
? Good analytical skills and trouble shooting
? Experience in Lean, Safety & Quality
