职位描述
Position: HR Business Partner
Location: China – Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou/Shenzhen
Working Scope:
HR Partner role is responsible for working closely with assigned Plant Management team, line management, and other functional areas to proactively address business issues related to workforce development and productivity. Responsibilities include providing advice and counsel on multiple initiatives and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues. Individual in this role should have strategic mind and understand business requirements so to work with other HR functions in deploying and executing HR strategy and HR programs e.g. compensation, benefits, workforce diversity etc
Job function and duties and responsibilities:
Are passionate to assistant organization creating a high performance culture, increasing organization capability, promoting an enjoyable working environment to fulfill personal accomplishment.
1、 Is a change agent.
2、Able to apply appropriate financial management concepts, principles to business decision making and problem solving.
3、Have strategic mind set & with ability to articulate organization's vision, mission, business strategies and goals to apply to the specific business unit. Know organization's and assigned Plant's key measurements.
4、Understand basic consulting methodology, tools and techniques e.g. interview skill, analytical skill, communication skill, Negotiation skill, and interpersonal skill enable to understand client needs, requirements, gaps, to provide recommendations, advice, and guidance in your area of expertise.
5、Have knowledge on local legislation and regulations that apply to Suzlon China. With capability to develop controls/monitoring activities to ensure compliance.
With skill for conflict resolution and having tracking record in deal with employee relationship.
Job Requirement
1、At least 10+ years working experience in HR field either in generalist role or specialist role with function of Staffing, Training, Compensation& Benefit or labor relation
2、With manufacturing knowledge definitely help to accelerate the speed to perform requirement role and responsibilities.
3、Is an open mind person that easily adopting into the organization environment
4、Excellent in English skills in both reading and writing
5、Good communication skill, presentation skill, and interpersonal skill
6、Previous HR experiences in sizeable MNCs is preferred
7、People management experience is necessary
