Job duties:

1. Maintain sale opportunities and provide excellent service to customers.

2. Communicate market situations and other pertinent information to Sales Manager.

3. Prepare and conduct product presentation to customers and follow up orders.

4. Enhance relationships with customers, maintain existing customer database and explore potential customers.

5. Visit franchisee shops to ensure the standard is up to headquarter's requirement.

6. Some travel is requested.

Job requirement:

1. Tertiary educated with good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin

2. At least 1 years customer service experience, preferred in high-end fashion or hotel field. Fresh graduates with people oriented personality will also be considered

3. Strong fashion sense with passion

4. Excellent PC knowledge (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

5. Able to work independently, under pressure in a dynamic environment and target oriented

6. Well organized, ability to prioritize with excellent communication and presentation skills
