Position Overview and Responsibilities:

The NI Asia Solutions Engineering team in Shanghai is seeking to hire Engineering Assistant to support the growth of team activities. This is a responsible multi functional role requiring initiation, organization and technical skills in dealing with diverse engineering, projects and organizational needs.

Core Job Responsibilities:

This role will assist with the following technical activities, projects coordination and general administration activities.

? Provide technical support base on day-­?o-­ヾay project activities

? Support the preparation and translation of engineering documentation and operations manual.

? Purchase requisitions and inventories tracking

? Shipping coordination, includes managing custom clearance process

? Office and project logistics support.

? Support organization and administrative related duties as needed.

Position Requirements:

? Bachelor Degree in engineering, or equivalent work experience and other education.

? 1+ years of relevant industry experience in supporting engineering organization.

? Experience in engineering development or system integration projects in the test and measurement industry

? Excellent organizational and administrative skills with basic principles of project management

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate in both English and Chinese.

? Demonstrated following personalities and abilities:

o Work effectively in project-­?ased development environment

o Energetic and flexible individuals who can deal with the flow of the project management life cycle and multi-­?asked.

o Organized, initiative, self-­﹕tarter and work independently.

?Traveling as needed, domestically and abroad in support of project objectives
