General Introduction
This is a key role in contributing to the formulation of C&B strategies for China and managing the implementation of the approved strategies in areas of personnel cost budgeting, cost monitor/control, payroll and benefits administration, interface with internal users and external agencies and reporting.
The Job Responsibility
The candidate’s responsibilities are as follows:
? Contribute to the formulation of C&B strategies:
? KPIs
? Supervise the compensation survey preparation, review and propose company specific pay & benefits policy that contribute to the formulation of overall C&B strategies
? Implement company specific job grading system, maintain the job levels to drive internal consistency
? Contribute to the design of total reward systems that maintain the company’s competitiveness in attracting and retaining talent
? Drive the implementation of reward programs
? KPIs
? Implement reward programs that align with the job levels / reward system of the company
? Contribute to the proposal of salary review policies, manage annual & ad hoc salary review exercise to drive internal & external equity
? Contribute to the design & review of incentive framework, co-ordinate the establishment of bonus targets, implement & communicate bonus system to eligible groups
? Design and review benefits programs to optimize the people cost investment
? Formulate communication strategies to foster a common understanding of the reward policies at all levels
? Supervise Payroll for Benefits Delivery
? KPIs
? Supervise the payroll & benefits delivery team to ensure accurate delivery of policy.
? Contribute to the Labor Cost Management
? KPIs
? Establish labor cost budget and forecast
? Review and report discrepancies to foster a proper labor cost control
? Periodical review and administer C&B Policies
? KPIs
? Review, assess and update the implementation of C&B policies to incorporate the market, labour regulations and other regulatory changes
? Communicate & publish changes to drive compliance and internal equity
? Contribute to the development & maintenance of HRIS systems in the C&B areas
? KPIs
? Drive the timely and accurate salaries data maintenance in HR systems
? Propose & drive the implementation of automated solutions to improve data integrity and effectiveness
? Provide on-going coaching to peers and subordinates to build HR capabilities in the areas of C&B
? KPI’s
? Establish HR capabilities that facilitates succession and backup.

? Strong interpersonal skills and is able to build working relationship internally & externally
? Good planning and organization skills
? Proficiency in English and Chinese
? Strong number sense, ability to analyze a large amount of data to draw rational conclusion
Experiences:
? Bachelor degree of HR Management discipline
? At least 5-8 years of HR generalist experience of minimum 3-5 years experience in C&B management
? Labor law knowledge and its application
? Good business acumen and ability to drive HR initiatives to support the business growth.

? Candidate should be currently experienced manager in a second reporting line to top HR management and has short-term potential/readiness to move to the next higher level
