We are currently looking for 2 managers. Positions consist in ensuring Food Safety and Quality for:

- Salad Bar products (production in store and in factory)

熟食区产品（门店现场加工和工厂加工）

- Dry products local and Imported products (grocery and agricultural products)

本地和进口干货产品（杂货和农产品）

It includes but is not restricted to following tasks:

具体职能包含但不局限于以下内容：

- Propose strategy for processed product quality control, create procedures and apply them

提出有关产品质量控制的战略、制定流程并实施。

- Schedule supplier audits and product analysis. Coordinate with third parties about this schedule.

安排供应商审计及产品检测的计划，并与第三方检测公司协调

- Validate product / supplier launching

确认产品的供应及供应商的合作

- Launch and follow in-store product withdrawal actions for non-conformities

执行并跟进门店内不合格产品的下架

- Follow non conformities, investigate and set up action plans with suppliers

跟进不合格产品事件，调查并与供应商协作制定处理方案

- Lead special projects in collaboration with technical advisors to support supplier improvements

与技术指导合作，主持用以提高供应商合作质量的特殊项目

- Develop food safety and technical training for suppliers

为供应商开展食品质量与技术的培训指导

- Technical support to purchase team

为采购提供技术支持

- The job involve some business trips in China mainland

Profile:

- Knowledge about local and international (for dry products) regulation in food safety is a plus

- Fluent English & Mandarin are necessary for daily work (candidates who do not speak English will not be considered)

在日常交流中，流利的英语和中文是必需的（应聘者若不会英语，则不会在招聘考虑范围之内）

- Bachelor or Master degree in Food Industry related fields

食品工程相关专业的本科或硕士文凭

- 1 or 2 years working experience in processing factory is a plus

有1至2年加工产品领域相关工作经验为佳
