What are my responsibilities?

1. Perform feasibility study and high level design on valves in systematic way with available technologies.

应用成熟的技术，系统地进行阀门的可行性研究和高层次设计。

2. Lead design team to perform detailed design of valves with right identification of technical key points and proper definition of work packages. Complete design job in line with the plan.

领导设计团队进行阀门详细设计，正确定义关键技术点和工作包，按计划完成设计工作。

3. Ensure the design quality with convinced verification and compliance with necessary regulations & standards.

对设计质量负责，确保设计得到可信的验证，并且符合必要的标准规范。

4. Solve complicated technical problems of specified valves in reasonable time with right analysis on root cause and proposals of feasible solution.

在合理的时间内解决所负责阀门范围内的复杂的技术问题，提供对根本原因的正确分析和可行的建议。

5. Contribute to enhance the team competence of valve development via sharing knowledge (valves, methodology, process and so on) and coaching lower level engineer.

通过共享知识（阀门、设计方法、开发过程等方面）和指导其他工程师，为提升团队在阀门研发方面的能力做出贡献。

6. Technical support to conformity check, test, sourcing, operation, qualification and application of valves when required.

需要时，对阀门相关的符合性检查、测试、采购、生产、认证和应用等工作提供技术支持。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. major in mechanical design with Bachelor degree of Science and Technology or above

机械设计专业大学本科（或以上）学历

2. more than 5 years experiences in valve development as responsible engineer

作为责任工程师5年以上阀门研发经验

3. positive working attitude and team work

积极的工作态度和团队合作精神

4. basic English skills

基本的英语应用技能

1. design and verification of general mechanical system and components

通用机械系统和零件的设计和验证

2. mechanical process like casting, heat treating, machining, painting, packing and transporting

3. material usually used for mechanical products like ferrous / nonferrous metals, nonmetals and so on

4. design of flow control valve or similar products i.e. flow calculation, shell strength, sealing and so on
