What are my responsibilities?

1. Understand and manage customer requirements, control the project scope, budget and schedule;

2. Regular and effective communications with customers (both internal and external) and project team. Work closely with production team to make sure the new products have a smooth ramp up.

3. Develop and maintain detailed project work-plans and budgets; identify appropriate resources and assigns them with clear and accurate direction;

4. Manage day to day project execution, monitors staff performance against plan and identifies and resolves/escalates project issues. Communicates project status on a regular basis to management and maintains a repository of meeting minutes and project issues.

5. Evaluate project risks, develop contingency plans, and responds to change in risk as the project progresses. Identifies, evaluates and monitors relevant quality standards for project and determines ways to meet the needs.

6. Conduct project and team assessment, defines and delivers educational requirements, facilitates and organizes the project and team structure, and resolves problems.

7. Other tasks and assignment assigned by the Head of Project Management

8. Support quality department on process improvement for higher project execution efficiency

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 3+ yrs project management experience

2. 3+ years working experience in an international working environment

3. Familiar with Product Lifecycle management process (or Product Development Procedure)

4. Good communication skills, Be able to communicate with customers (both internal and external) and project team effectively

5. Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English

What else do I need to know?

1. HVAC application knowledge that closely linked to CPS business

2. Basic finance knowledge for project management

3. High-volume manufacturing knowledge

4. Basic electrical/electronic, software or mechanical knowledge

5. Familiar with international approbation requirement like CE, UL, CCC & C-Tick

6. Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
