职位描述
· Sr.SQE Role
o Ensure Quality of sourced components
· Responsibilities
o Own Part qualification process (PPAP)
§ All changes: Supplier, Part , or supplier process
o Manage supplier quality system qualification
§ Review ESAC Audits, conduct and coordinate audits
§ Participate in drawing review
o Guide and drive best practices in receiving inspection
§ Measurement techniques, sampling and frequency
§ Based on supplier process and part capability
o Communicate and manage supplier corrective and preventative action programs
o Own supplier scorecard
§ Collect and communicate scorecard data
§ Identify and drive opportunities for improvement
· SQE position requirements
o Industrial or mechanical engineer
o ISO internal auditor certified with strong experience in ISO quality system audits
o More than 3 year experience in industry as SQE or QE with strong experience in ISO
o Strong experience conducting ISO 9000 quality audits at/with suppliers
o High GD&T knowledge
· SQE will be doing
Improve 10 worst suppliers quality PPM's
o At least once a month visit to one of the top 10 suppliers
o Follow single SCAR and validate efficiency of supplier's corrective actions by auditing their processes
o Train suppliers in problem solving techniques, quality systems and SPC, capability analysis
o Support suppliers on improvement process working with process experts
o Prepare monthly supplier scorecard and discuss it with top 10 suppliers every month and every 3 months for the rest
o Perform a formal on-site survey to all local suppliers
o Send a self-survey audit to foreign suppliers every 3 years and look for opportunities to improve
o Qualify all new suppliers performing on-site audits
o Promote the Supplier Quality Manual and follow up with suppliers
o Clarify with suppliers inspections methods (to be performed same way supplier and WATTS)
o Expedite deviations on urgent issues
o Participate in customer complaints review meetings when suppliers are involved
o Work with engineering/procurement qualifying suppliers and parts for new projects
o Issue PPAP for new/revised parts and follow up
