职位描述
Job Purpose:
Provide an efficient and professional office administration for the business.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Provide overall administrative support to Beijing Office
2. First contact point for reception desk. Meeting room administration and incoming phone calls.
3. Oversees the maintenance of office equipment, facilities, supplies, furnishings, housekeeping and operational systems. Evaluates office vendor services, negotiates local contracts, monitors and controls office budgets.
4. Manage facility related issues, including but not limit to office lease renewal and new office build-up
4. Company stationary, Correspondence management and fixed assets management
5. Supervise office’s clean and maintenances
6. Management for company chops, licenses including change and annual audit;
7. Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies, Be in charge of office supplies purchasing and related payment
8. Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
9. Ensures compliance with safety and security regulations.
10. Planning, organizing, and controlling other projects assigned by manager
Qualifications
· Bachelor graduate or above
· High level administrative and organizational ability, including strong administrative background with over 5 years related experience
· Highly developed written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English, and the ability to provide clear and concise written and verbal advice/information and interact with all levels of the organization and external clients.
· Fluent English both oral & written (Minimum CET-6)
· PC literate (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Competencies
· Good planning and organizing skill, coordination of multiple tasks at the same time
· Good interpersonal communication skill
· Ability to quickly comprehend and perform job request in a high standard
· Team work spirit, Multi-tasking
· Service-oriented and open-minded
