POSITION:Investor Relations Manager
DEPARTMENT: Finance
LOCATION: Beijing, China
REPORTS TO: Vice President of Finance


Job Responsibilities:

1.Manage financial public relations, supervise the PR firms and lead the effort of media campaigns to improve Company’s image to public investors;

2.Liasion and support IPO roadshow, local investors‘ conference, and post-IPO public event for the senior management;

3.Develop, maintain and improve relations and communications with capital market analysts to achieve positive research reports on the Company;

4.Develop, maintain and improve relations and communications with local investment banks, stock brokers and relevant public market institutional investors to improve stock performance in the market;

5.Prepare and support the filings, public announcements and disclosures in accordance with the Stock Exchange requirement, including Company’s website and other public releases

6.Undertake ad-hoc projects that is assigned by the surpervisor.





Job Requirements:


1.5 years work experience
2.Experience as research analyst, auditor, IR consultant, legal consultant or management consultant preferred
3.Experience with MNCs preferred
4.MBA preferred, with accounting/finance knowledge
5.Proficient in both written/oral English & Mandarin; solid English writing skills a must
6.Good communication and interpersonal skills
7.Strong analytical skills; quantitative skills a plus
8.Knowledge of capital market a plus
9.PPT and excel skills a big plus
10.Degree in business/economics/finance/accounting.MBA preferred
11.CFA or CPA a big plus
12.Detail-oriented and able to deliver high quality work against tight schedule
