职位描述
Responsibility:
*Lead and ensure the successful delivery of Veeva business/management consulting project for the customers in pharma industry
*Build best practice and methodology for Veeva business/management consulting project such as Change Management project
*Contribute to the service selling of Veeva business/management consulting projects in pharma industry
*Help to keep Veeva customers' success and satisfaction to Veeva solution such as CRM through the success delivery of business/management consulting projects
Requirement:
*Consulting experience in life science sector from top level strategy/business/management consulting firms is highly preferred
*Internal strategy/business/management consulting experience in MNC pharma companies is highly preferred such as experience from Sales Excellence or Center of Excellence organization of MNC pharma companies
*Understanding the methodology of Change Management for MNC pharma companies is highly preferred
*Understanding the field force's daily work of MNC pharma companies is highly preferred
*Experience of building best practice and methodology for new consulting practice for China market is highly preferred
*Experience of managing sales force effectiveness/sales performance excellence project in MNC pharma companies is preferred
*Understanding pharma companies' CRM system and its management is preferred
*MBA from top level business school is preferred
*Fluent English is a must
*Minimum 3 years experience for candidates with MBA from top business school or 5 years experience for other candidates
