海外客服主管(纠纷)
岗位职责描述:
1. 负责业务目标和计划,参与或协助制定、执行业务相关的政策和流程
2. 负责本部门与其他部门的协调工作,突发或疑难问题的处理和协调
3. 协调团队分工,做好监督工作,营造良好工作氛围
4. 反馈流程、业务中问题,优化工作流程、规范和标准
5. 做好客户反馈、需求的收集,准确理解客户需求并作出调整和改进
6. 提升团队服务水平、提升处理专业性
7. 其他与客服管理相关的工作
任职资格描述:
1. 本科或以上; 英语六级以上
2. 两年以上客服管理工作经验,了解外贸流程和业务
3. 良好的职业操守和团队合作精神,能带领部门员工分工协作
4. 良好的服务意识,对服务的价值有深刻理解
5. 良好的沟通技巧,善于解决复杂事务和业务投诉
6. 有责任心,办事干练,能承受较大工作压力
海外客服主管
岗位职责描述:
1. Make goal and plan. Make the dispute policy and improve the dispute process.
2. Cro-department team work to achieve the goal, capability to deal with the
urgency and the customers’claim.
3. Capability to coordinate the team work reasonablely, and supervise the team
members to complete assignments.
4. Optimizing work flow. Make work regulations and standard.
5.Summarize customer’s feedback and advise, and upgrade service level.
6.Improve service level of Resolution Center and professional.
7.The people with work experience in managing customer service team would be
preferred.
任职资格描述:
1. Bachelor degree, Proficient in English speaking skills, CET-6 level.
2.Two years leadership experience of customer service, have a good knowledge of the international business and E-commerce.
3. A good team worker, capable of transferring the goal to the concrete action, and make assignments.
4. Good sense of service, love service industry, and ability of execution.
5. Good ability of communication, could resolve the complicated case and customer’s complain.
6. A good sense of responsibility, could work and complete goal under great pressure.
