职位：售后服务非技术培训师

Objective目标:
？ Can deliver After Sales non-tech training program；
可讲授售后服务非技术与服务类课程；
？ Manage the learning process of all participants during each allocated training courses；
管理所辖培训班级所有学员的学习进程；
？ Assess, monitor and prepare report regarding the knowledge and skill evaluations before and after each training activities；
根据培训前培训后成绩与技能评估，监测并编写有关报告；
？ Ensures proper qualification of own-self through constant upgrading training courses to keep up with the JLR development；
通过不断的改进培训课程，确保自身能力的发展；
？ Assist to conduct and monitor Training Needs Analysis, Skill, Audit and other trainings；
协助并监督培训需求分析，进行并监督技能，审计和其它培训；
Roles and Responsibility角色与职责：
？ Implement and conduct training programs in relation to AS Services Management including warranty policy and process, warranty system operation, parts related training, VISTA system；
讲授售后服务管理方面相关培训,包括索赔政策及流程、索赔系统运作， 以及零件业务相关培训, VISTA系统培训；
？ Implement full year training curriculum in line with the business needs；
根据业务需要执行全年的培训工作；
？ Monitor the effectiveness of training program periodically；
定期监察培训计划的成效；
？ Develop and prepare local training materials for various tailor-made training courses based on global training resource；
根据全球培训资源开发度身定制的本地化培训课程；
Requirements要求：
？ Degree holder preferably major in Automotive business, After Sales, Marketing or Commerce；
拥有汽车行业或售后、市场或商务专业本科以上学历；
？ Minimum 5 years experience in relevant automotive field；
相关汽车行业5年以上经验；
？ 2-3 years training experience is highly desirable；
2-3年培训经验；
？ Excellent presentation, communication and facilitating skills；
具有良好的演示、沟通、协调技能；
？ Stable, responsible and able to work independently；
工作稳定、有责任心，可独立负责工作；
？ Good English communication in spoken & written；
良好的书面与口头英语能力；
？ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing；
具有良好的Office, PowerPoint技能，普通话标准；

？ Reporting Line: This position will report to the Non-Technical Training Manager；
报告对象：售后服务非技术培训经理；
？ Working Location: Shanghai Academy, travelling within China is required；
工作地点：上海，需国内出差；
