Business Development Manager业务拓展经理

A best in field Business Development Manager is required by a leading Global Automotive Retail Solutions business. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the Automotive Retail Sector or Marketing arena deploying businesses solutions, experience working for a consulting services company would be a distinct advantage.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for supporting Business Development Director to synchronize identifiable market opportunities and convert into implementable business agreements. The role requires that you are proficient in managing RFP/Q’s from initial conception through to full contractual execution and comfortable working within a similar Service Level Agreement and KPI driven role.

As a proven sale’s professional you will be able to demonstrate your market research or analysis skills, report preparation, project management and customer relationship management. Your will be self motivated, highly organized and professional, with a good knowledge of Microsoft office.
Key Responsibilities:
? Support the Business Development Director to deploy the strategic business decisions at country level, through identifying and researching new business development opportunities.
? Manage complex, large, and specific market analysis projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to the Executive Management team.
? Establish long-term professional relationships with new and existing customers or partners
? Identify and propose new opportunities regarding new customers, business scope, geographic markets, and retail solutions.
? Deploy global initiatives and service level agreements
Requirements:
? University Degree
? At least 5 years senior management experience in the Automotive Retail Network, OEM or Marketing based services
? Sound working knowledge of the Automotive Retails standards, procedures, best practice and KPI’s i.e. Sales & Aftersales standards and procedures
? Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with a good knowledge of Microsoft office
? Excellent time management, naturally organized with the ability to work to sepcific deadlines
? Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
? Able to build relationship with any level and channel
