We are currently seeking a Body work online support engineer in Shanghai for a new and exciting project being launched by our client, a premium major global automotive manufacturer with a strong presence in the China market. Due to your technical expertise and your excellent communication skills, you will support our client detailed technical diagnosis and root cause analysis to improve the right first time fix rate and customer resolution speed.

The responsibilities of this position will include工作职责:

Major objective:

Focus on aluminium bodywork.关注铝制钣金

Aluminium bodywork processes check point specification.了解铝制钣金加工检测要点

Aluminium bodywork final check specification.了解铝制钣金最终检测指标

Online and on-site bodywork dealer support.在线和现场对经销商提供钣金技术支持

Enhance dealer body work performance.加强经销商钣金业务表现

Interface between dealers and JLR.做好经销商与捷豹路虎协调工作

Common incident cases analysis and feedback to UK.向英国总部汇报，做好日常事故分析和反馈



Key Responsibilities关键职责:

· Aluminium bodywork support.铝制钣金支持

· Individual bodywork cases online support.钣金技术在线支持

· Serious case on-site support.重大事故现场支持

· Optimized workshop process.优化车间工艺

· Common incident cases analysis and communicate with manufacture.日常事故分析和与厂家沟通



Skills, experience and qualifications required技能、经验和任职资格要求:

Aluminium bodywork experience.有铝制钣金经验
Automobile body work or metal material related major.汽车钣金或金属材料相关专业
5 years bodywork experience or above.5年以上钣金经验
Dealer communication skill.有经销商沟通技巧
Ability to speak and write in English能用英文沟通和写作
Minimum college education.大专以上学历
Work individually or team work.能独立工作和有团队写作精神
MS-office software skill (power-point, excel).Office系统操作熟练
Be able to frequency travelling.能经常性出差
