职位描述

Responsibility:


1. Develop business strategies for ADMS product/solution in China market, produces introduction plan for new products including positioning, product differentiation, and market segmentation
2. To conduct visits to key customers, proactively educate and guide customers, and generate qualified leads that will lead to orders, through various types of channels
3. Lead the sales team, give sufficient training and coaching to sales staff, develop a strong sales force covering all regions
4. Develop new channels, maintain strong relationship with existing distributors; ensure the channels/distributors are working under agreed frame
5. Interacts with and influences customers, sales and engineering to ensure effective achievement of product marketing and company objectives for accurate and frequent communications to all interested parties
6. To build up and maintain strong connection with external partners, such as strategic partners, suppliers, industry associations, etc., and guide all the efforts to potential leads or sellable proposals/ solutions
7. Understanding market threats and opportunities, market trends / customer insights and competition
8. To timely submit reports/documents/proposals and update information with high quality


Requirement:


1. Bachelor degree, preferably major in mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 8 years successful experience in equipment /solution sales in medical industry; good network in high-end hospital customers is preferred; Minimum 2 years' experience in a position of sales leader
3. Strong marketing & business sense
4. A quick learner with open mind and strong curiosity to new ideas/products/practise
5. Strong sociability and networking skills, ability to make and maintain contact from middle level to upper management of the prospective client
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to present Swisslog in a professional manner
7. Good English (written and verbal) and computer skills
8. Honest, hard-working, positive-thinking, result driven, with strong passion in sales
9. Willing and flexible to travel extensively on short notice
