Responsibilities:


1. Understand Swisslog product and solution as expert level

2. To conduct customer visits/presentations, proactively educate and guide customers, and generate qualified leads that will lead to orders, through various types of channels

3. To systematically analyze sales project opportunities, timely report on progress and situations, precisely identify the key stages and key persons, and provide feasible proposals for management decision

4. To create and maintain strong relationship with key clients and decision makers in the customer organization

5. To build up and maintain strong connection with third parties and internal parties, and guide all the efforts to potential leads or sellable proposals/ solutions

6. To complete other tasks as assigned



Requirements:



1. Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent

2. Minimum 2 years' experience in project /solution sales in relevant industry

3. A quick learner with open mind and strong curiosity to new ideas/products/practise

4. Strategic-thinking, with systematic approaches for analysis and decision-making

5. Strong sociability and networking skills , ability to make and maintain contact with upper management of the prospective client

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to present Swisslog in a professional manner

7. Good English (written and verbal) and computer skills

8. Mature, able to work effectively under high pressure and within tight schedule

9. Willing and flexible to travel extensively on short notice
