Responsibilities:

1. Analyse outpatient pharmacy workflow of Chinese hospitals

2. Define outpatient workflow of Swisslog

3. Define outpatient solution/products following that workflow (including interface to UniPick Gen2)

4. Provide product requirements to Product Centre (Cuneo [UniPick] and Kunshan [Accessories])

5. Define and provide front-end software (GUI) requirements to Product Centre (Cuneo)

6. Manage market introduction of new solution (product life cycle management) in close cooperation with Product Centres (Cuneo/Kunshan) and Customer Organization (Shanghai)

7. Support sales organization in channel management and pricing

8. Define and initiate the production of required sales & marketing material


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical or automation related technical field;

2. Over 5 years as technical engineering role for mechanical product development in MNC;

3. Project experience of new product/solution development;

4. Excellent communications / influencing /presentation skills;

5. Good business sense; strong analytical and process skills;

6. Willing to take domestic and overseas travel;

7. High proficiency in English to support global communication.
