Key Responsibilities For BB SHIPMENT
1. Check weekly shipment report to chase the un-posted GRN#.
2. Update sample receiving status.
3. Calculate the Payment and make sure that all the franchisers receive their Payment.
4. Do payment confirmation for Merchandise to CTA when received remittance receipts from franchisers.
5. Arrange the shipment for retail shop and franchisers.
6. Distribute documents of IGS & Invoice and delivery to SCD & CTA & SHP & Warehouse.
7. Collect the list of replenishment from franchiser & retailer and arrange to shipment.
8. Do Sales Return process.
9. Do weekly MD Schedule report & Inland Shipment & Receiving Status & Billing Receive Status Report.

Experience / Skills Required
1. 3 year working experience in apparel industry & international trading knowledge
2. Fluently writing English skill
3. Strong computer office software skill
4. Good working attitude
5. Strong analytical and communication skills
6. Willing to challenge the task
