Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, pre-design, system and testing teams and arrange the works (drawings, models, documentation, software…) required for the highest level of project engineering.
Ensure technical communication with main customers trying to answer as close as possible to their requirements, assist them with our knowledge and competence.
Build, organize and maintain all technical knowledge databases so that the quality and efficiency of our service to customers are permanently improved.
Be pro-active, trying as best to anticipate problems and market evolutions.
Ensure the best communication with all related departments to reach as a team the common target which is to satisfy our customers.
Assist all lead designers in project phase with solutions to technical problems and ensure the best transfer of knowledge to them.
Acquire Faiveley solutions and keep improving localization and standard systems.
Acquire and localize all engineering jobs in order to be able to answer the market independently from Mother Company.
R&D to answer recurrent requirements from the market and prepare for the future.
Lead the type test team by providing them with advices and knowledge, tools and facilities, push for design validations in regards to quality, safety, reliability.
Ensure permanent improvement of staff and maintain a core stable team of experienced engineers.
Improve permanently design and engineering efficiency, monitor and maintain functioning cost of department at reasonable level.

Work Experience Requirements:

Engineer level with at least 5 years experience in door design.
Pragmatic technical skills (mechanics and electric), aptitude at finding simple solutions.
Good skill in communication, organization and competence for solving problems.
Willing to work hard and endure the job pressure.
With character of honesty and dare to take responsibility.
