Responsibilities:
1. To support business partners' self-development and cooperate with them to meet FXCL mission and vision: custom satisfaction, market share, finance target and market leadership.
2. Establish firm and solid structure of channel in related region(Nei Meng Gu/He Bei) in order to achieve assigned target.
3. Cooperate with regional current and potential dealer to ensure maximum account coverage through marketing program and internal sales power.
4. Build a positive and cooperative business relationship which focuses on dealer business development and Fuji Xerox market direction between Fuji Xerox and dealers in related region,
5. Help dealer understand the Corporation's direction and establish a clear mission and goals, help them to get the resource and information to achieve business results and meet customer requirement, encourage growth and development of dealer's sales personal, seek and give useful feedback and coaching.
6. Ensure that copy channel marketing and dealer strategies and program are implemented effectively, fairly and timely, including dealer recruitment, development, training and coaching. Seek related feedback from them and submit suggestion to Fuji Xerox.
7. Find and establish the major account list in related region.
8. Plan personal activity, with productivity and performance to monitor, analyze and review the process.
9. Cooperate with sales colleagues and other appropriate functions to ensure that the team target is achieved and to maximize dealer and customer service.
Requirements:
1.College graduate or above;
2.Minimum 3 years sales experience or has excellent Fuji Xerox product knowledge;
3.Good communication, negotiation, presentation, analysis skill
4.Good command of English
5.Willing to travel
