JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Implement installation of system and project complying with customer timeline;

2. Routine Maintenance to ensure reliability and performance of customers’ systems;

3. Provide onsite or remote trouble shooting and repair equipment timely to minimize downtime of customers’ systems;

4. Propose customized configuration of system and solution collaborate with sales team;

5. Acquire proficiency in related products to be entitled with official principal certificates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. College degree in telecommunication, computer science or related majors;

2. Computer hardware knowledge required;

3. Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocol;

4. Familiar with MS OS and office tools;

5. Good command of English and Mandarin both in written and oral;

6. A quick learner, willing to travel and work under pressure with self-motivation;

7. Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit;

8. 0--3 years work experience, related background preferred.

3.<="" br="">给予现场或远程的疑难指导和故障排除，以最大程度地减少客户系统的停机时间；

5.<="" br="">精通相关产品，获得官方的资质认证。

1. <="" br="">大专及以上学历，通信、计算机科学以及其他相关专业；

2. <="" br="">具备电脑硬件知识；

3. <="" br="">具备网络设施与网络协议的基本知识；

4. <="" br="">熟悉MS OS与Office<="" br="">工具；

5. <="" br="">英语与普通话水平良好，口语与书面的表达交流无碍；

6. <="" br="">学习能力强，能接受短期差旅，能在压力下自我激励；

7. <="" br="">良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神；

8. 0—3年工作经验，相关背景者优先。
