Primary Duties and Responsibilities：
1. Establish short/long-term customer strategy. Maintain Customer Relationship Matrix, Customer Satisfaction action plan and tracking.
2. Set up and keep close communication and cooperation with senior management of customer. Support and coordinate different functions to quickly respond to customer needs and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
3, Maintain Targeted Business List. Establish balanced business acquisition strategy and plan. Lead Phase 1 process, review quotation and Price Agreement, improve profitability.
4. Explore and develop employees, ensure training plan, regular development review and succession plan are impletmented (Applicable when have direct reports).


Qualification and Requirements:
1, (Education): bachalor and above, automative/mechanical engineering and related.
2, (Experience): 5 years above working in manufacturing companies within Commercal/Sales/PM/BD, preperrable with key account management and finance background.
3, (Languange): Chinese, English, German.
4, (Others): proactive, responsible and care. Excellent communication, inter-personal and presentation skill, with sound analytic thinking and leading ability.
