JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prospect business opportunity in targeted customer segment, promote the services, prepare tailored business proposal and tender, negotiate and conclude the deal;

· Work closely with sales agents and channels in selected territory;

· Meet revenue targets assigned;

· Builds relationship with various management levels, divisions and functional departments of global and regional managed accounts;

· Collects and maintains information, including business plan, from global and regional managed accounts so as to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process and criteria, business opportunities and threats;

· Gets the account plan approved and supported by management;

· Reviews account plan and tactical plans progress regularly and takes corrective actions if needed;

· To liaise with global and regional managed accounts to collect overdue payment;

· Feedbacks to sales manager and affiliate general manager market intelligence obtained from the field.

Job Requirement:

· University graduate in Business or Engineering discipline with around six years account management and direct selling experience in Data Center industry, IT & Telecommunications industry or Building Services industry;

· Candidates with previous corporate selling experience is preferred;

· Sound business skills to understand business plan of global and regional managed accounts and be able to leverage UL strengths to help them capture their opportunities and neutralize their threats;

· To be able to communicate with all management levels, including top executives, of global and regional managed accounts;

· Sound planning and project management skills to develop account plan and drive its implementation.
