岗位要求：
1、负责为客户制定贷款方案，指导客户完成贷款事宜；
2、负责保持与客户沟通，为客户量身定制方案；
3、完成部门制定的销售任务服从部门主管的领导和监督；
4、对公司提供的服务产品能够全力宣传、推广、 销售；
5、负责维持重要客户关系，通过与客户沟通及时了解客户的情况。

任职资格：
1、专科及以上学历.金融.财务.管理等相关专业；
2、具有良好的口头及书面表达能力，沟通能力强；组织协调能力强，有团队精神；
3、具有担保公司、房产经纪公司、银行、典当行、渠道开发销售相关经验，具有信贷或抵押贷款等相关行业的营销工作经验者优先；
4、做事认真踏实，为人正直诚恳；高度的工作意识，具有良好的团队精神；
5、普通话标准.吐词清楚.亲和力强；
6、思维敏捷.语言表达能力强；
7、心理素质好，有良好的团队协作能力，服从上级安排；
8、一年以上工作经验。
