Job Summary

The SAP Project Manager performs complex business functional requirements analysis, systems specifications and design for business partners, which using SAP Applications. Drive Functional testing, project cutover, go live support and project close up/handover to SAP production group.

Description

Partners with BPR team, business functional managers/stake holders in the review, analysis and scoping of business requirements to ensure business expectations are met and managed in all phases of project delivery Plans, Leads / participates in the delivery of projects with very complex user requirements and diverse scope in the procurement / logistics / supply chain domain Delivers and implements scalable, robust, best in class and quality system solutions that are fully compliant with our Information Technology standards and demonstrating industry best practices Facilitates technical integration specifications in external partner engagement Develops, manages and executes the IS&T project plan and deliverables in compliance with our Project Life Cycle methodology Owns and effectively communicate on project requirements to the world-wide IT functional and infrastructure teams Executes problem solving for very complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Effectively communicate on a variety of business processes and technical issues. Occasional travel may be required for project work (0-10%)

Key Qualifications

？ In depth knowledge and expertise in SAP ECC6 or R/3 specializing in the areas of SAP Logistics / WM / Supply Chain

？ Overall 6 to 8 years of SAP working experience specializing in areas with:

？ Minimum 3 years experience in programming/ configuration/ testing/ support / maintenance / training / documentation / template work

？ Minimum 3 years experience in design of Planning / Procurement / Supply Chain / Logistics SAP solutions

？ Broad business knowledge of supply chains, planning, procure-to-pay, logistics distribution, order fulfillment in B2B and B2C business models, warehousing.

？ Industry experience managing technical integration with OEM, 3PL Logistics partners

？ Extensive international and regional project experience

？ Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to support counterparts in respective countries

Education

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent Post-graduate work is an advantage; MBA, Master in Computing/Technology Management etc. Majors in Logistics / Operations management / Supply chain preferred Certified in SAP R/3 or ECC 6.0 core modules MM / LOG / WM or equivalent Exposure to EDI X.12/XML formats, SAP/APO, SAP/TMS is a definite advantage Professional qualification in Project Management

Additional Requirements

?Responsible for review and analysis of complex business functional requirements ?Responsible for and provides leadership during end to end conceptual solution design in the areas of procurement, logistics, supply chain

?Responsible for review of detailed design functional specifications for quality, accuracy and completeness

?Manages and sets priorities for the functional team / functional deliverables in the phases of the project such as functional testing, performance testing, integration testing, project cutover, go live support and project close up/handover to SAP production team

?Conducts and leads project milestone meetings with internal and external stakeholders ?Monitors and reports on the progress, issues and results.

?Effectively communicate project status to the senior management on a regular basis ?Develops and mentors junior staff and contract resources

?Onboards and manages IS&T contract resources

?Ensures consistent quality delivery of projects as per our SAP project life cycle.

?Participates in SAP Design and system performance reviews and attends other functional and business alignment and focus area meetings.
