ob Description
This is a position of HR Manager with dual role as HRBP to interface with designated businesses and lead the HR Recruiting team in HR Competence Center of Greater-China.
Recruitment
- Lead the overall talent acquisition activities for a sizable business including defining hiring plan and arranging appropriate hiring activities
- Optimize the hiring process, system and tools to continuously improve hiring efficiency
- Review vendors’ performance on regular basis for making suggestions on updating vendor list for hiring activities
HR BP
- Provide strategic HR support and develop HR solutions to address business needs including talent acquisition, talent development, employment relations, workforce planning etc.
- Provide professional advices on aligning the HR plan, programs and initiatives in the designated business with defined corporate strategy
- Implement HR initiatives and programs developed by Corporate HR in the businesses and ensure the efficiency and result of implementation
- Provide HR counseling on complex employment relations issues
- Provide HR counseling and strong execution to support important M&A activities
- Advocate and lead the cultural change through organizational diagnosis
Provide strong HR coaching on management behaviors
Candidate Profile
- At least 10 years HR working experiences in MNC with 8+ years working experiences as HR Generalist role
- At least 3 years management experiences
- M&A experience is a strong plus
- Bachelor degree and above, MBA is a strong plus
- strong interpersonal skill and coaching skill
- Self-motivated and team-work spirit
