职位描述
Learning and Development Manager
Job Responsibilities:
l To formulate the learning strategies in the organization based on in-depth analysis on competence gaps and learning needs
l To design and implement learning activities in line with defined strategies
l To put in place adequate evaluation system to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of learning initiatives and programs
l To work with HR Consulting to design specific learning programs to address business needs
l To develop internal trainers and optimize learning resources to enhance and learning culture in the organization
l To coordinate and implement performance management, talent development programs and competence management programs in line with corporate guidelines
l To design and implement talent development programs to address local needs on closing performance gaps and incubation of local talents
l To take other assignments as needed.
Qualifications and experience:
l Proficient knowledge on learning, performance management and people development
l Self-motivated and agile in learning and knowledge sharing with can-do attitude and team work spirit
l Good presentation and communication skill
l Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in learning and development
l Minimum 2-3 years management experience
l University degree or above / MBA preferred
