职位描述
Key areas of responsibility:
Lead local and global company wide Infrastructure related projects or application project to ensure the business value
To ensure an efficient identification, development, carry out and evaluation process for IT training programs
Maintain and daily operate the company wide applications like SharePoint, Short Message System
Continue to monitor, challenge and optimize the IT Service processes
Main job tasks:
Identify and implement valuable companywide Infrastructure and application solutions
Proactively understand the trend of the Infrastructure solutions and companywide IT solutions
Identify the valuable Infrastructure solutions or companywide IT solutions and propose the business case
Implement related projects follow NN’s IT Project Management Methodology
Ensure WebEx, Video Conference, Teleconference etc. are used well in China
Ensure the success of Office moving project including all Infrastructure e.g. Data Center setup
Benchmark the best practices to deliver a right business case for new initiatives or challenge existing Infrastructure/application architecture to ensure a continuous innovation
To ensure an efficient identification, development, carry out and evaluation process for IT training programs
Communicate with every business departments and proactive identify end-users’ requirements
Prioritize the requirements and initiate the training plan which covers face to face training, eLearning, short Advertisement and training materials
Develop, promote and maintain IT training curriculum and materials according to training plan and implement the program via cooperation with relevant vendors if needed
Provide specific IT training to external customers as value-added services for KOL management
Identify IT training budget needs and monitor assigned budget
Maintain and daily operate the company wide applications like SharePoint, Short Message System
Cooperate with LoB and IT Governance to review business processes annually to ensure the effectiveness and compliance
Ensure proper changes and issues are handled timely based on standard NN process
Act as the Tier 3 supporter or liaison person for SharePoint Portal, Short Message System on the incidents & problems
Continue to monitor, challenge and optimize the IT Service processes
Continue to monitor and challenge the current IT Service processes and provide optimization proposal.
Cooperate with LoB and IT Governance to review business processes annually to ensure the effectiveness and compliance
Ensure proper changes and issues are handled timely based on standard NN process
Act as the Tier 3 supporter or liaison person for SharePoint Portal, Short Message System on the incidents & problems
Continue to monitor, challenge and optimize the IT Service processes
Continue to monitor and challenge the current IT Service processes and provide optimization proposal.
Qualifications and Capabilities:
? Full of passion on IT related work
? ITIL, MCSE, MCDBA, CCNA. PMP is preferred
? Familiar with Windows Server, Office, Network, SharePoint, SQL Server
? Experience to work with Microsoft, HP, Cisco products
? Fluent in both written & spoken English
? Good presentation skill
? Innovative and team work spirit
? Customer oriented and business value focus
Professional experience:
? 2~3 years of experience on IT Training and project management
? 3~5 years of experience on IT Operation & End user IT Service related work
