Job Title: WW Sales BPR Project Manager
Reports To: WW Sales BPR - APAC Manager
Location:Beijing

Position Overview
We are seeking an project manager / delivery manager to work within our global & regional sales projects. This role will work closely with the related global project managers to deliver both internal and external sales capabilities to The company regional sales business teams.

As the successful candidate you will have several years experience as a consultative project manager, ideally within a consumer channel sales environment. This role requires you to manage both the technical delivery and business implementation of capabilities within the identified portfolio roadmap, managing multiple global initiatives in parallel. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment and is able to provide analyst capabilities also as part of project delivery.

The role sits within a larger BPR & Processes group who additionally focuses on project management and delivery of strategic projects both within APAC and WW. An appreciation of business context and technical understanding are required along with an ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams in a matrix organization.

Key responsibilities include:
? Autonomously manage projects of varying scale and complexity
? Lead cross-functional development teams with consultative direction from global project management
? Develop & review business requirements, processes & solutions to ensure clarity and establish expectations for services requested & achieve regional sign off
? Develop and execute regional project plans, defining scope, schedule, deliverables, resource and cost
? Help prioritize team activities and drive resolution of issues/dependencies across all areas of the project
? Effectively communicate status and issues to team members, management and other project stakeholders
? Facilitate focused, concise status and design meetings
? Anticipate issues and manage risks
? Coordinate activities of others associated with the project, including global leads and individual contributors
? Facilitate the regional testing for the project, including completion of pre - testing, planning & execution
? Provide strong regional analytical & reporting capabilities for the project to assist rapid adoption & usage
? Help establish processes for team members to ensure project goals are met
? Participate in the continual development of the APAC Sales BPR function
? Reports to the APAC Sales BPR Lead, a senior manager in the organization
? Work with regional the company Legal and Contracts teams to ensure each new capability is reviewed and approved by the necessary teams and covered by the appropriate regional conditions
? Work with program manager to coordinate and facilitate global workshops and business review meetings as required
? Work with stakeholders to support sales capabilities and facilitate reviews on a regular basis

Functional and Industry Expertise
? Strong understanding of sales and sales operations processes in a consumer channel sales environment (or similar).
? Direct experience implementing both internal and external Partner Management capabilities
? Experience working on complex projects and managing a release schedule across multiple initiatives.
? Direct experience in both waterfall and agile project management.
? An understanding of the components and considerations required when building corporate systems (e.g. key architecture components, security, scalability etc).
? Confidence in using various industry project management tools.
? Business Analyst / Solution Development experience especially in reporting / BI.

Soft Skills Required
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
? High level of proficiency creating high impact presentations and communications using tools such as Keynote (or MS PowerPoint ) to clearly articulate delivery options and dependencies.
? Proven ability to work across multiple timezones, cultures and business units.
? Collaborative, flexible and open working style, with an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.
? Must be comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment and be flexible to change direction if required. Must be able to drive results even if all the facts are not known.
? Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others.
? Strong level of customer focus.
? High level of professionalism, tenacity and energy with sense of urgency to “make things happen”.
? Experience in facilitating business workshops.


Qualifications & Experience
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desirable, preferably in Computer Science, CIS/MIS, or related discipline with an information technology focus.
? 8 years + experience as a project manager/ business analyst, facilitating & driving successful large scale global projects on-time with consistently successful results in a matrixed environment
? Proven ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams in a matrixed organization.
? Experience working on projects with teams based in the US including international engagements.
? Relevant project management qualifications preferred such as PMP / MSP / Prince 2 certifications.
