MISSION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for delivering all required training programs and setting-up training system in supporting the development of China market.

· Implements JC Service Standard to China market, ensuring it is align with regional requirement

· Designs, localizes and prepares all the training materials and tools for Retail Channel

· Regular travel to different cities for new market set-up and staff performance review is necessary

· Prepare yearly training budget for China stores

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Degree holder in Business or related discipline

· Strong retail operations experience, from shop with at least Supervisor level is a must, luxury field is preferred

· Detail oriented

· Strong communication and training skills

· Excellent in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
