Requirement:
1. University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
2. More than 5 years' experience in auto industry for Sales or business development management.
3. Be familiar with the Auto industry quality management system and the supply chain management(SCM) related solutions.
4. Demonstrated ability to negotiate, acquire and manage high value customer or large accounts.
5. Having the management consulting working experience is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Proactively drive the potential sales leads from existing customers or potential customers, in order to develop solution/product sales.
2. Provides UL Enterprise Services(ULES) offerings/solutions, and, or benefits to potential or existing customers, and works with SME team in closing sales, in order to generate revenue growth and achieve sales target.
3. Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues, and focuses on sustaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining a relationship with the customer.
4. Develops and masters consultative selling skills to identify prospective customers, and to identify the decision-makers in the prospective organizations.
5. Develops and manages relationships with assigned prospects and customers, and works with other teams to assess account potential.
6. Assists in up-selling or cross selling opportunities for ULES.
7 Assist the manager to design the local market strategy of product and sales, through which to drive the ULES business growth in North China
8. Implement other tasks assigned
