岗位职责：
?Business process analysis and documentation of the Suzhou plant
?Business process definition for the new ERP system
?Implementation and training of the new system
?Responsibility of management and coordinate during the implementation process of ERP.
?Data Migration and maintenance, original customizing in process of system running and solve problems.
?Development and re-customizing according to requirement of end users and other responsibilities in later period
?Conduct training to end users and support them in daily workings
?Other Duties required by supervisor
?Report to HQ and meet the requirement of HQ and the plants in China.

任职资格的具体描述：
?BS or MS in Computer Sciences, Information Management , Business Administration or other related Majors
?Experience in complete Implementation and development of ERP System in a FIE
?Be familiar with Kingdee, proficiency in one ERP System
?Proficient in FI&CO, SCM, PLM Module applications and related business processes in manufacturing Industry, be able to improve business process and re-customizing
?Minimum 5 Years relevant Working Experience
?Excellent Analysis, Communication and Coordination Skills
?Excellent MS Office Skills
?Above CET 6 or proficient in verbal and written English
?Ability to Learn new Knowledge and take new responsibility
?Teamwork, Diligence , Positive, with high Sense of Responsibility， Detail-Oriented and nice Personality
?Be ready to travel every time
?Work self responsible and highly independent on the ERP system changeover process, push the project forward
