Responsibilities:

Optimization of SAP processes in the area of PM (Plant maintenance), as well as supporting process redesign in cooperation with those

responsible. Checking and testing redesigns and implementation in the existing system,
supporting the subsequent roll-out including respective controlling and carrying out accompanying training measures

1 Analyzing and evaluating the logistic structures and processes in the PM (Plant maintenance) area
2 Deriving and prioritizing suggested improvements for reorganization in line with SAP and optimization of
existing business processes in the PM (Plant maintenance) area
3 Redesigning, harmonizing and standardizing processes in the SAP system in the PM (Plant maintenance) area
4 Conducting coordination processes in the PM (Plant maintenance) area
5 Comparison of project procedures with those from other organizational structures
6 Analyzing the functionalities of various SAP modules, taking the interfaces between the SAP modules into
particular consideration
7 Preparing and implementing test scenarios, as well as preparing decision-related documents and Change
Requests in the PM (Plant maintenance) area
8 Controlling project implementation in the PM (Plant maintenance) area
9 Identifying and implementing rationalization measures within the course of CIP
10 Preparing, coordinating and implementing training measures in the PM (Plant maintenance) area

11 Preparing current process procedures, as well as recording Hella requirements for mapping in the SAP
System in the PM (Plant maintenance) area
12 Involvement in process forming in the PM (Plant maintenance) area
13 Preparation of documentation and process diagrams in the PM (Plant maintenance) area
14 Support of key user in SAP PM (Plant maintenance) area.
15 Handling other project tasks in the PM (Plant maintenance) area

qualifications:
***************************************
Graduate in Business Administration (Polytechnic)
Over 4 years in SAP QM module;
Basic logistics knowledge
SAP business process design
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Certificate of Readiness for Higher Vocational School
fluent in English and good communication both in verbal and written.
Several years knowledge about industrial (plant) maintenance processes
