PRIMARY REPONSIBILITIES：
-Develop new engineering partners as distributors to promote company product sales through leading technology application
-Give training to new developed engineering partners as well as existing engineering partners
-Consolidate the relationship between company and existing engineering partners
-Reconcile the conflict between engineering partners through registration system
-Build up company brand image as well as company customer awareness
-Bidding document preparation
-After sales service coordination
REQUIREMENT PROFILE:
(Qualification/ Knowledge and Skills Required)
-Major in Refrigeration or HVAC related. College or Bechelor degree.
-Over 3 years’ experience in similar role.
-Channel sales experience.
-High level negotiation experience.
-Project approach selling experience.
-After Sales Service Knowledge. Ability to understand channel and end-user dynamics.
