职位描述

The Position

The China SMB/Partner/ISR Ops organization manages the opportunity to cash environment and operational solution for sales organization with SMB customers/partner/Inside sales across the country.
The manager, reports directly to Director GC SO is accountable to support China HP PPS EG. Leading a team of 20+ people, this position supports 2B+ million annual revenue to achieve absolute industry leadership and operational excellence in the country’s sales operations, Partner engagement and the Opportunity to Order management value stream.
There are some primary focus areas
1. Manage Partner Ops to support T1 & T2 partners for partner transformation, and ISR ops to drive e-commerce in call center environment
2. Teams with all sales, all ops and finance teams for developing partner Ops solution
3. Compliance and governance
4. Simplifies the structure of business model for easier execution
5. Escalation management
6. Focus on commitment, TPE and sales productivity improvement
The key measures of success for this position are HP’s delivery to customers’ contractual commitments, pro-active avoidance of Partner escalation, and effectiveness working across the value chain measured through stakeholder & partner feedback. Create and maintain a healthy and positive partner experience with HP.

Specific Responsibilities

The manager will be leading a team of approximately 20+ people to ensure all key measurements for the team are attained. This manager will have to support and lead a team with the below key responsibilities:
1. partner program management and compliance control
· Lead and sustain the process
· Drive efficiency in this area
2. Managing and maintaining partner service level. Lead and drive the process for the following areas:
· Acts as a point of escalation and collaborates with other functions to drive resolution of operational issues of high complexity, in support of the partner requirements.
· Represents the team and partner needs and provides business requirements to projects, and conducts post-project evaluations.
· Consults and advises on operational matters of high complexity to internal clients up to the Director level and works very closely with other operations functions in support of partner needs
· Proactively communicates operational process changes to partners and internal clients; drives the implementation phase.
· Contributes to business- or function-wide solutions that impact multiple business units.
3. Provide leadership in team and individual development
· Inspire and lead team towards effective issue resolution
· Be able to motivate team members
· Provide clear guidance and support to team members career and skill development

Qualifications
The Person
The ideal candidate for this position will have 10+ years of business management, sales operations, customer service or other relevant experience with a demonstrated track record of success managing a significant operations team in a complex, fast paced business.
Specifically, he/she will have had some or all of the following demonstrated qualities:
· Education: Bachelor degree in Business Management, Business Administration,
· 3-5 years people management experience.
· Deep knowledge of the SMB/consumer marketplace and partner management environment
· Experience and knowledge of the unique challenges of the emerging markets.
· Experience managing/influencing a Sales function, business-related function, preferably sales, project management, Partner operation service capabilities.
· Demonstrated excellent people management skill.
