SITUATION:

The traditional IT business and Go-To-Market models are undergoing major shifts. HP is implementing new style IT - Systems and processes to lead the industry into a new way of doing business. This is with a view to increase the effectiveness and productivity of HP Sales teams, provide a differentiated service level to our loyal partners and use data to provide business insights to maximize return on our investments.

ENGAGEMENT:

Person must be comfortable to engage with Business Unit & Sales managers on business problems. Translate systems and process improvements into business benefit. Drive Management of Change at all levels of the organization.

CRITICAL SKILLS:

Data driven. Analyze and present data to build case for new systems and process change. Understand and use various communication methods to persuade Sales to adopt and integrate new systems and tools into their Sales methods.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Experience working in matrix organization where partnership with other teams is key to success. Excellent team management skills. Demonstrated ability to leverage various communication methods to persuade and convince.

QUALIFICATION:

10 years of experience in Business planning or business or sales process consulting. MBA preferred. Ability to conduct business presentation in English and local language.
