Job responsibility:

-Based on business strategy and plan of company, making out the development plan of dept., ensuring the execution of work plan.
-Responsible for internal organization, staffing, equipment management and production technology, product quality, manufacturing costs of Exterior Mirror workshop, improve production efficiency.
-According to the long-term development planning of department, making and executing employee training and development plans, enhancing the training for shift-leader and section-leader, help them improve production management level.
-Guiding the production planner to formulate the production plan according to the delivery schedule, the production equipment’s and person situation, mastering production progress and completion, solving production problems, make sure the products could be delivered on time.
-Capable of analyzing the problems, improving production methods, fully exploiting the production capacity, improving the production yield and increasing the working efficiency, control and decreasing production costs.
-Able to do the production process and quality control effectively, make sure the quality, system is adhered to thus avoiding customer complaints.
-Lead team to achieve 5S, make sure the production environment and actions are orderly and clean.
-Care for the working condition and the workers’ security; be able to take protective measures to avoid dangers and injury.


Job requirements

-Over 30 years
-Bachelor or above, more than 5 years production management experience.
-Good analysis and judgment, solving problem ability, be able to solve urgent problems that happen suddenly.
-Have a strong leadership and communication skills, capable to unite and lead own production team, accomplish the required targets.
-Fluent office skill，Excellent English level
