INTRODUCTION TO ROLE
As a Customer Engagement Management Advisor you will join an industry-leading organization of an unmatched global scale. You will have the opportunity to get direct exposure to customers’ and/or channel partners’ daily operational processes, from the initial quote to order placement, through final delivery to customers. You will also serve as a focal point of coordination for activities between internal groups and customer organizations. You will help to resolve issues, address customer needs, and drive improvements to operational processes across the end-to-end sales cycle. Aligning with HP’s internal career development framework, HP offers you both vertical and horizontal growth in supply chain and/or related fields that will best match your strengths and passions. This position would reside in one of several HP business organizations, including our Enterprise Group or Technology and Operations organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Act as a first point of contact for customer accounts on daily operational matters
· Resolve operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, returns, deliveries, invoicing, and financial post-sales programs)
· Collaborate with functional groups and organizations within Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve customer issues

Required:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed prior to start date) in engineering, supply chain, customer service, procurement, financial management, or related fields
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel
· Ability to communicate and convey messages clearly
· Basic problem-solving and analytical skills
· Basic knowledge of the end-to-end sales operations process
· Basic knowledge of local legal compliance issues
· Able to apply basic organizational skills to manage daily operational issues
· Eager, quick learner with strong team-work spirit
· Excellent oral and written English communication skills
