职位描述
Main Accountabilities:
· 1. Organize Moldflow resource to support quotation and product development.
· 2. According to product roadmap and strategy to develop new CAE approach.
· 3. Global network within M+H in case free CAE capacity.
· 4. Moldflow simulation for plastic injection, providing suggestion on design optimization and process parameters, etc.
· 5. Communication with process and tooling engineer; provide professional suggestion.
· 6. Create professional simulation report and provide suggestion for optimization.
· 7. Discussion with product engineer for idea exchange to establish CAD model.
· 8. Discussion with customer about simulation results and optimization.
· 9. Support for new idea validation from product & design engineers.
· 10. Support for quality issue, trouble shooting and solution searching
· 11. Training for R&D engineers on CAE procedure and method.
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies):
1. 拥有良好的注塑模具、工艺和高分子流变学基础；
2. 本科或以上学历，3年以上Moldflow项目经验者优先；
3. 熟悉Moldflow、Ansa、3D绘图软件，有其它模流分析软件、结构力学经验者优先；
