Responsibilities:
-Support customer quotation;
-Make tooling specification together with process engineer;
-Release design of developing tools and follow up all machine situation;
-Release all the new tool from supplier to plant; prepare all the documentation for the new tools;
-Plan repair tools and make action; plan maintenance plan and confirm the effective action;
-Making planning for spare part of tools;
-Cost control for all repair tools;
Requirements:
-University in machine specialty
-5 years tooling experience in manufacturing industry, auto industry will be a plus.
-Familiar with plastic production process and working process (pleating, injection, Plastic welding, assembly).
-Familiar with quality tools(APQP、PPAP、SPC、FMEA) and customer requirement.
Foreign language/Computer ability：
Fluent in English listening, speaking and written.
Hard Working. Have good interpersonal relation, communication skills and ability of organization and oordination.
