职位描述
Our client is a famous metal equipment company.
Main Responsibility：
1.After receiving orders from sales/affiliate companies, finalize order intake process, hold internal kick off meetings；
2.Follow up of customer orders to ensure on time delivery of the goods, cost in control as well as quality;
3.Work out regular progress reports and communicate with customers for order progress;
4.Organize delivery issues when goods ready based on LOI;
5.Handle customer complain if there is any.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree above;
2. Good oral English.
