?？Work with : RNPO purchasing organization, Cost Analysis Department, Quality Department, Production Plant, Engineering Department, Supplier Chain, Supplier

MISSION IN DETAIL
?？Proceed supplier market analysis and establish potential tooling supplier master
?？Suggestion and validation of tooling suppliers panel in China with central team in Europe/Japan.
?？Benchmarking and capitalization of experience return in Chinese market, support in the world wide tooling sourcing strategy decision.
?？Tooling budget building with cost analysis department before the launch of RFQ
?？Reception and analysis of offer during RFQ, responsible of technical-commercial negotiation to achieve the performance target (QCD) of nomination
?？Negotiation result presentation and participation of supplier selection decision
?？Tooling QCD follow up during the development of project and lifetime of mass production

EXPECTED PROFILE
?？Bachelor’s degree and above - Technical background preferred
?？Fluency in English and Mandarin, French can be a significant plus.
?？Excellent communication skills with supplier and internal clients
?？Autonomic and creative, force of solution suggestion in difficult situation
?？Be able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
